WIZARD WORLD AUSTIN 2012/MUSEUM OF THE WEIRD

Cold, wet and windy! But fun inside, It kinda reminded me of  SDCC remnants(like a great big storm just blew comic-con away and this was left of it or something to that perspective)and a very small crowd!(this was friday btw). Anyhowwwl, I got a really good NEW GODS fix! I picked up a few kirby era issues at very good prices and a couple of NEW GOD figures from the DC universe classics line(another ORION and another BIG BARDA with helmet!). On top of that, I also got a really cool early(also kirby era!) MR. MIRACLE issue! All this made my day after drudging through the rain from SA to austin(fun ride though, but damn cold wind took the fun out!), I don't think id find these comics or figures at such a bargain in SA! Afterwards, I hit up painkiller(yeah I know its pirahna killer! but painkiller sounds much better and for the sake of JP!) sushi for some sushi(duh!)and drinks. I lounged around 6th street awhile, until finally stumbling upon museum of the weird and calling it a night after no metal or rock bars were apparent. Anyhowwl, some tiny bit of footage is below. I suppose now I'll be receiving junk mail for lonely asian women, kinky austin college co-eds or whatever it is they can find by reading this. Fuck almighty, I swear some people don't have anything else better to do with their lives! Anyhowwwl, that is another story.... Enjoy! my loyal followers!

HAPPY NEW FEARRRRRRRR!!!!!

This was supposed to be the outro for the current BLOODSHOT THEATRE HORROR CLASSICS episode. But as time was pressed, it was forgotten and omitted. anyhowwwwl, there is no audio but here is what E.SPANTO says....

"THANK YOU, FOR TOMBING INTO BLOODSHOT THEATRE HORROR CLASSICS!
UNTIL NEXT YEAR! BE HERE FOR MORE FEAR, THRILLS AND CHILLS! AS I REMAIN YOUR EERIE NEIGHBOURHOOD SKULLMAN.... E.SPANTO! AND THIS IS BLOODSHOT THEATRE HORROR CLASSICS!!!!"

So with that said, see ya next year!

E.SPANTO Animated series

Before the live action series went into production, An E.SPANTO Animated series was in pre-production. E.SPANTO would differ from the character seen in the BLOODSHOT THEATRE animated series and the stories were to be identical to what would be seen in the live action series. The background scenario was to have been used in the fifth episode of the BLOODSHOT THEATRE animated series, as this was to be somewhat of an opening shot. I planned to have E.SPANTO descend out of a night sky transforming from vampire bat to E.SPANTO!(Much like what you see in the intro to the live action series)then introducing himself, having a slew of video-monsters(that would appear in the show)leaping out of nowhere and e.spanto fending them off with the amulet. anyhowwwl, hope you enjoy! AND since were on the subject of E.SPANTO, the long delayed(yes i know!)action figures will soon be released! i plan to have them released early this month(meaning january)and they will be limited as stated before. retail will probably be around $15 and a special price for the pair(E.SPANTO and the MORTUUS!). Each will be packaged in a coffin display box(and if your enjoying this bit of E.SPANTO animation, the coffin boxes will have a comic strip on back!)and have included accessories! Also, the rest of the comic book covers for the live-action series will be posted here soon. And speaking of the live action series and if yer missing out don't worry you'll be able to get that too! Series two is planned to be underway sometime in february-march, so look for a new episode around then. until then, KEEP WATCHING TO KEEP THE DEAD LIVING!
